1. Program description

The Buy Big Red text message programme sends order confirmations, shipping and delivery notifications, notices about an issue or delay with your order, and occasional promotional offers and news about pieces coming out of Memorial Stadium during the Big Red Rebuild.

Every message identifies Buy Big Red by name. Promotional messages include opt-out instructions.

2. How to join

You can join the programme in any of these ways:

Check the text message consent box at checkout, directly below the mobile phone number field.
Check the same box on our signup page or in your account settings.
Text START to (402) 701-4972.

The consent box is never checked in advance, and consent to receive text messages is never a condition of buying anything. The statement you agree to reads:

As soon as you join, we send one confirmation message identifying the programme and restating message frequency, rates, and the HELP and STOP instructions.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. It depends on your orders and on what is being removed from the stadium. Transactional messages are sent as events occur; promotional messages are infrequent.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Buy Big Red does not charge you for text messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving them, depending on your plan. Contact your carrier for details of your plan.

5. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us. We also honour UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT, automatically and immediately.

After you send one of those, you will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then no further messages. You can rejoin at any time by texting START to (402) 701-4972, or by checking the box again in your account settings.

You can also unsubscribe from your account settings without sending a text.

6. How to get help

Reply HELP to any message and we will reply with the programme name, a support contact and instructions for opting out.

7. Carriers and delivery

The programme is supported by major mobile carriers in the United States, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, Cricket and their affiliates. Carrier support can change.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier’s network and on factors outside our control, and we cannot guarantee that any particular message arrives.

You must be the account holder of, or have permission to use, the mobile number you give us, and you must be 13 or older. Tell us if your number changes or is reassigned, so we do not message someone else.

8. Privacy

What we collect about your mobile number, why, and how it is handled is set out in our Privacy Policy. In short: no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
